Failure to comply with this policy may result in permanent account or IP address restrictions.

Wallet Consistency for Withdrawals

Secure Fund Transfer Requirements

For enhanced security and smoother fund transfers, users are strongly advised to process withdrawals through the same cryptocurrency wallet or payment method used for their initial deposit. If using the original deposit method is genuinely not possible, users must contact our Online Support Team before requesting a withdrawal. Additional verification may be required to confirm and approve the transaction.

Account Device Usage

To protect your account and funds, users should avoid accessing their accounts simultaneously from multiple devices or through an unusually large number of different IP addresses. Frequent device changes or inconsistent access from numerous IP addresses may be flagged by our security system and could result in a temporary account suspension for verification.

Minimum Engagement Requirement for Withdrawals

Required Platform Activity

To ensure that users understand and actively engage with the platform’s services and features, users must complete at least one One-Click Strategy Replication, meaning they must successfully execute a minimum of one trade, before submitting a withdrawal request.

Any withdrawal request submitted without meeting this minimum activity requirement may be automatically cancelled, with the funds returned to the user’s platform account.
